Educational tourism is one of the promising sectors that contribute to revitalizing base national economy, and providing job opportunities. This study aimed identify concept structure educational know motivating factors attract non-Jordanian students in Jordan, achieve objectives study, descriptive analytical approach was used use appropriate statistical methods analyze hypothesis concluded there an effect variables on decision choose other than Jordanians as it found most influential for Jordanian institutions are social, environmental, legislative legal factors. Therefore, recommends necessity joining efforts private governmental universities exploit competitive comparative advantages stimulate attractive environment from outside Jordan.
